In Dec 2017, I made set my heart on making some homemade White Chocolate, Jelly Tot and Marshmellow fudge for my family as a Christmas gift. Soon after, I found myself being contacted by friends of the family, asking me to make more so they could buy some. For the next few months, I trialled a few recipes, and before I knew it, I had a fudge business. 


It's the best job I have ever had. Not only do I get to travel all over to shows, but I also get to experiment with making fabulous flavours that you wouldn't be able to buy in a shop...and that's what I love.
