Christmas Update

Postal Orders

We strive to get your order dispatched within 48hrs of your purchase, but despite our quick turnaround, the postal network is experiencing extremely high volumes and significant delays. 

We have upgraded all postal orders to 1st Class Signed, in an attempt to get them to you before 25th Dec. However, we can not be held responsible for any delays experienced*.

We apologise for the inconvenience.


Local Delivery and Collection Orders

Local Delivery in the Brackley Area and pre-arranged collections are still available up to 8pm on 23rd Dec. 

Orders made after this date/time will be processed on 28th Dec onwards.

*We are unable to refund any purchase, If in the event, that your order does not arrive before 25th Dec.

By purchasing, you understand this and accept these conditions.


All our fudge is made fresh and we aim to dispatch within 72 hours of receiving your order, however, if there is a delay, you will be notified within this time. 

We hope that you receive your item within 7 days, however, in the event of postal delays, please allow 14 days before contacting us.

Most orders will be shipped with Royal Mail, with the exception of large orders

(Slabs and wholesale, which are sent by courier) 

If your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately, providing photographs within your email, to assist us in pursuing the matter with the relevant postal services.  

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds / Cancellations

Our aim is to provide the best possible service to all our customers, so if you're not happy with the quality of your purchase, contact us right away at ask that you return the fudge (so we can inspect it ) for a full refund or alternatively a brand new order (free of charge*) for any of the flavours we have available.
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change your order or delivery address. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details of the order are accurate and Bellas Fudgery will not be held liable for errors made at the point of order.

*Subject to terms and conditions, this offer can be retracted at any time, without reason or notification. If the order can not be returned for any reason, or the returned item is unable to be inspected, the purchaser will not be entitled to any refund or exchange.

Allergy Information

All fudges contain milk

Chocolate fudges contain soya lecithin

Nut fudges contain nuts.

Peanut butter fudges contain peanuts.

Cookie fudges contain Wheat & Gluten

Meringue fudges contain egg

Cherry and Raisin fudge contain sulphites (sulphur dioxide)

There is a risk of cross-contamination of any of the above allergens in all fudges

that are in stock or on display

If you have an allergy or intolerance, our advice is not to consume any fudge.

Some fudges are vegetarian and gluten-free. These will be stated within the listings.

Private Hire / Special Events

You will most likely catch us at your local farmer's markets, national conventions and shows, but we often get asked if we are available for private hire at events and the answer is Yes!

We also cater for business events, parties, weddings, birthdays and more.

Stock & Wholesale

Bella's Fudgery is available to stock. 

Prices are dependant on quantity purchased and flavours amongst other factors.

We commit to being as green as we can, ensuring our gift boxes 

and storage packaging is 100% recyclable. 

We also stock a range of linen gift bags and storage jars which offer a discount

for further purchases when you refill.
