Shipping

dispatch times:
we aim to dispatch within 72 hours of receiving your order. if there is a delay for any reason, you will be notified within this timeframe.
 
delivery:
you should receive your item within 7 days, however, please allow 14 days before contacting us in case of delays.
Most orders will be shipped with Royal Mail, with the exception of large orders such as Slabs and wholesale, which are sent by courier.

Christmas deliveries/collections:
orders made AFTER 22ND DECEMBER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE 28TH AS WE DO LIKE TIME OFF TO ENJOY THE HOLIDAY SEASON.
We strive to get your order dispatched within 48hrs of your purchase, but despite our quick turnaround, the postal network can experience extremely high volumes and significant delays.  We upgrade all postal orders to 1st Class Signed NEAR TO CHRISTMAS in an attempt to get them to you before 25th Dec HOWEVER we cannot be held accountable FOR DELAYS. By purchasing, you understand this and accept these conditions.

Returns & Cancellations

refunds:
Our aim is to provide the best possible service to all our customers, so if you're not happy with the quality of your purchase, contact us right away at bellasfudgery@gmail.com. We ask that you return the fudge (so we can inspect it ) for a full refund or alternatively a brand new order (free of charge)* for any of the flavours we have available.

address changes & cancellations:
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change your order or delivery address. 
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details of the order are accurate prior to purchase. Bella's Fudgery will not be held liable for errors made at the point of order.

damaged goods:
If your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately, providing photographs within your email, to assist us in pursuing the matter with the relevant postal services. We will then endeavour to replace your order if it is deemed necessary*. 

*Subject to terms and conditions, this offer can be retracted at any time, without reason or notification. If the order can not be returned for any reason or in the case of damaged goods, photographs can not be provided, or the returned item is unable to be inspected, the purchaser will not be entitled to any refund or exchange. Postage will be at the customer's expense until such time as the order is deemed faulty.
